More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
